How To Make Bubble Tea.
Ingredients:
- Tapioca pearls (can be bought from an Asian grocery store)
- Sugar syrup
- one cup of brown sugar mixed with one cup of white sugar boiled with two cups of water and let it cool
- Water
- Tea (any type)
- Cream
- Ice
- Pre-soak the pearls for a few hours if you want them tender all the way through, rather than soft on the outside and chewy on the inside.
- Put the tapioca pearls in water with a 1:7 part ratio and boil (make sure the pearls don't stick to the bottom). Do this until pearls float to the top and leave it to cool.
- Rinse the pearls with cold water and mix with sugar syrup.
- Now make the tea (which can be done while pearls are cooling)
- Mix the tea with 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup with in a shaker
- Mix till mixture is frothy then add the tapioca pearls
- Enjoy!!!!
